The Conservatory
This started as a workshop at the
NAME Small Scales Houseparty in Greenville, SC in September, 2002.
The design was loosely based on the winter garden
at Biltmore House in Asheville, NC.
The above photo shows the exterior.
The stucco effect was obtained by mixing
baby powder into the paint.
This view shows the interior.
There are several small rooms,
including one in the back that has benches.
There are lots of classical statues and plants.
